We do not believe in a bait and switch so, we wish for you to know precisely which vehicle you are renting. In between the booking and your event, you can expect our maintenance crews to diligently work to keep each vehicle in perfect condition. This includes both aesthetically and mechanically. Our crews are really dedicated folks, and will only accept the very best in everything. On the day of your trip, you can expect your chauffeur to arrive promptly, and will provide affable, courteous service to you and every member of your party. We do our utmost to ensure we have someone ready and waiting to help any of our customers and potential clients at all hours of the day or night. We do this for two reasons... One being that we understand that not everyone gets to have time during "normal business" hours to handle everything that life throws at you. The other reason is that we can have vehicles on the road at any hour of any day. We feel it is simple common sense to ensure that it is possible to reach the office while we potentially have vehicles on the road. To us, it would be irresponsible otherwise.
